I spent the morning catching up on emails, but I'm still way behind on the thank you ones.
Late morning I took my dogs and Anne's for a walk and they sorted out their differences very quickly. As I had predicted on Tuesday night Ella had by tonight taken over the bed in front of the heater.
Ngaire, Ted & I had lunch at a kebab place in George St. I then went for a ride on the Tairei Gorge Railway while Ngaire and Ted visited friends. The train crew were disappointed I hadn't brought the dogs along for the ride, especially the one with the shoes. However they announced my presence on the train to everyone shortly after the start of the return trip from Pukerangi. Collecting was then easy as everyone had the money ready as I came through. I think Rapid & Ella had more fun going visiting with Ngaire & Ted than they would stuck in the van on the train - especially as the people they visited are dog people.
The evening was taken up doing NALA results for October. Not a very exciting day. 7356 steps if anyone cares.
