Seoul

Half way to Paris.

Watched the movie Saving Mr Banks on the plane from Auckland to Seoul.  It is a weepy so I cried buckets. It also got me wondering about the quality of my own fathering.  I will let Ian, Fiona and Kate pass judgement but I know Kate has said in the past that nothing she did was good enough for me.  I hope that was hard words and isn't true.

I also had a panic attack about what I am doing - is going into countries where I don't know the language on my own such a bright idea.  God be with me on my journey.  Help to live each day as it comes and not to worry about what tomorrow may bring.

And I need not worry to much about travelling alone.  I finished up having dinner with 2 Germans and a retired English man and a you woman on her way to Lisbon. It is easy here -just pick out the european faces (well one was a Maori).  It may be harder in Paris.

Also discovered that I didn't pack the lovely heel pads that Debbie Middlemiss got for me.  Lets hope I manage my feet properly from day 1.

Nice to be able to log on and see Hawkes Bay jumpers results.
